White Flint West Workaround

Project Scope

Construct the site/roadwork portions of the ‘White Flint West’ project. This project provided for infrastructure and roadway improvements for a new parking structure adjacent to the Montgomery County Convention Center. The project included numerous utility relocations (PEPCO, Verizon, Comcast, Washington Gas, WSSC), new asphalt roadway, removal of existing underground storm water management facilities, installation of new closed storm drain system, storm water management bioswale facilities, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, signage, street lighting and landscaping.
