Emergency Repairs to Retaining Wall and Associated Infrastructure along 26th Street

Project Scope

Re-build a city street and retaining wall that had collapsed between Charles and Saint Paul Streets in the city of Baltimore, MD  onto railroad tracks at East 26th Street for the City of Baltimore. Heavy rains in April of 2014 caused the collapse of East 26th Street onto the adjacent CSX railroad on April 30th, 2014.
